Terms of Service

Truesignal connects to your Shopify store and Meta ad accounts to show your real cost per sale, recommend which ads to pause or scale, generate ad creative, and launch ads for you. Features may change as we improve the product.

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for activity on your account, including by team members you invite.
• Only connect stores and ad accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

• New accounts start with a 3-day trial for $1, which includes 20 credits. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription starts automatically on the plan you chose: Starter at $30/month or $300/year, Scale at $79/month or $790/year, plus sales tax where it applies. It renews each month or year until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits for image generation and competitor ad pulls. Unused plan credits don't roll over. Extra credits you buy never expire, and are non-refundable once used.
• Upgrades take effect right away and we charge the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.

Truesignal only changes your ads when you approve a recommendation or turn on Autopilot within the limits you set. You stay responsible for your ad accounts, budgets, spend and ads, including following Meta's and Shopify's policies. Recommendations and generated ads are suggestions based on your data; please review them. We don't guarantee any result, sales, or ad performance.

You own the content you upload and, as between you and us, the ads Truesignal generates for you. You give us permission to use your content only to provide the service. Make sure you have the rights to anything you upload. Don't use generated ads to mislead people or make claims you can't support. When you remake a competitor's idea, don't copy their logos, trademarks or protected work.

Don't misuse Truesignal: no illegal products or ads, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and no reselling access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

Truesignal depends on Meta, Shopify, Stripe and other providers. Their terms also apply to you, and we're not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or actions they take on your accounts.

Truesignal is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using Truesignal and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, with notice where we reasonably can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. If we update them, we'll give you notice before changes take effect. Questions: support@trytruesignal.com.
