Delete your data

You can remove Truesignal's access and have your data deleted at any time. Pick whichever option is easiest.
Option 1: Delete your Truesignal account
- Open Truesignal and go to Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
This disconnects Meta and Shopify and deletes your ads data, reports, generated ads and uploads within 30 days.
Option 2: Remove Truesignal from Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
- Find Truesignal and click Remove.
- Tick the option to delete posts, photos and data Truesignal may have, then confirm.
Meta tells us when you do this, and we delete the Meta data we hold for you within 30 days.
Option 3: Uninstall from Shopify
Uninstalling the Truesignal app from your Shopify admin stops all access. We delete your store's data within 30 days of Shopify notifying us (Shopify sends this 48 hours after uninstall).
Option 4: Email us
Email support@trytruesignal.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.
We may keep billing records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices.
